 Learn to Row    

The Adult Learn to Row program is designed to introduce adults to the sport of rowing in a fun and safe enviroment. Through a series of eight rowing sessions adults will work with our coaching staff on basic rowing skills using large stable eight man rowing shells. Following completion of the Learn to Row program adults can continue to row for fun and fitness by joining the masters rowing program. Fees for the Learn to Row program will be credited to a masters membership. Register now for the next program.  They run Monday night/Wednesday night/Sunday morning and Tuesday night/Thursday night/Sunday night.  Youth/Junior Rowing    

The Youth/Junior Rowing program is offered to school age youth as a daily program during the summer months. Although age is not a factor rowers should be old enough and strong enough to safely carry the boats and the program is generally geared to grade 7 and older.

With the help of our youth rowing staff , rowers will spend a fun summer on the water with lots of activities to keep their interest. The program runs daily from 8:30-11:30 am.

 Masters Recreational    

The North Star Rowing Club offers a recreational rowing program for fun, fitness and socialization. Open to adults, rowing is available each evening from Monday to Friday and on Saturday mornings and Sunday evenings. Rowers can access top notch equipment and our coaching staff will be on the water to assist in stroke correction or a training program to suite your needs.


 

   
  
 Competitive Rowing    

Competitive rowing is offered to juniors, senior and masters rowers through the assistance of our professional rowing staff. This program is geared to individuals that want to go further with there skills and compete in regattas. Rowers have access to elite rowing shells and top notch equipment.
