From complete beginners to elite competitors, we have a program designed for you.
For senior, high school and university athletes proficient in rowing. Train in an elite environment and compete at local, national, and international regattas with access to top coaching and shells.
Register NowโOpen to school-age teens (generally Grade 7+). Rowers have fun on the water with activities designed to build skills and keep enthusiasm high. Athletes will have the opportunity to compete at local and away regatta's
Register NowโRecreational and Masters rowing (21+) for fitness, fun, competition and community. Whether you want to improve your technique or prepare for local regattas, this program fits your goals.
Register NowโNever rowed before? Our introductory program teaches basic rowing skills in a fun and safe environment. We use large stable boats with expert coaching to help progress your rowing to the next level.
Register NowโOffered to school-age teens during July and August, our day camp runs daily from 8:30โ11:30 AM. While age is not a strict requirement, participants should be old enough and strong enough to safely carry the boats โ generally Grade 7 and older. With the guidance of our youth rowing staff, campers spend their summer on the water enjoying lots of rowing and fun activities to keep their interest high all season long.
